That is why I've created a cooking class, where I've combined my love for Vietnamese food with my passion to get you where you want to go in life and health.
The Vietnamese have a farming culture—the food is always fresh with ingredients harvested daily. The typical small Vietnamese vendor wakes up at three o’clock in the morning and rushes to the wholesale market to collect their goods and distributes their fresh vegetables and fruits throughout the city. Meat and produce are provided by the local farmers at their local market. A traditional Vietnamese meal is perfected when it has three important components: green vegetable, protein, and carbs.
Born and raised in Hanoi Vietnam, I’m deeply inspired by how healthy Vietnamese cuisine is. I have the desire to share with you the secret sauce in the Vietnamese diet which makes healthy eating easier than ever!
