What is the problem?

Sometimes, we don't know what to do to change our bodies in a positive way that ultimately impacts our health. We might feel like  "I have tried everything! Nothing works and nothing will work." It's as if we're stuck in a rut and don't know how to get out.


This can result in very stressful situations and lower our self-esteem. An unhealthy relationship with food or unhealthy habits might lead to serious chronic diseases. At the end of the day, it is not only about the look but how you feel.

We struggle to make changes that last because 95% of our behavior is from habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.

That's a problem, and all the diet industry can offer is "eat fewer calories and exercise more." The idea of one diet fits all or do cardio will burn fat is creating falls hope all over the world.  Each and every one of us is unique. Therefore, we need an "unique" practice when it comes to health and wellness. We need something that actually works for us, individually.
